Tax Analyst Join to apply for the Tax Analyst role at ArcelorMittal Long Carbon LATAM. Duties & Responsibilities M&A: conduct tax analysis and risk assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects. Tax Audits: assist in the management and follow‑up of tax audits across all tax types (corporate income tax, VAT, local taxes, transfer pricing, etc.), with the opportunity to lead audits over time. Advisory: provide daily tax advice to internal stakeholders including accounting teams and CFOs on a wide range of French tax matters. Tax Watch & Knowledge Management: monitor developments in French and international tax law (doctrine, case law, etc.); act as the knowledge center for the team, sharing updates and ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory changes. Compliance: support quarterly closings and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting. Education Master's degree in Tax Law; accounting, finance, business school and/or a DSCG‑type course is a plus. Skills & Specifications Good knowledge of French tax law Accounting knowledge Excellent communication and adaptation to others Analytical skills Ability to work under strict deadline Work Experience Requirements 1‑3 years max of working experience in the area of French Tax Law, ideally within a multinational company or a Big 4.
