Responsibilities
- You will become the ALB point of contact in your area.
- Development: Identify and bring new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations).
- Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your time and can work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their home.
- Open to all backgrounds: Regardless of whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field, what matters is your desire to learn and do quality work.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
