ATR - Propulsion & Air Systems Lead Engineer (H/F) – AEROCONTACT (ATR GIE) Job Description ATR, the world’s leading manufacturer of regional aircraft, is searching for a Customer Engineer Technical Specialist to join its Support Directorate in Pascal’s team of nine. Responsibilities Act as the customer focal point for technical queries related to Air & Propulsion systems (ATA 21‑26‑28‑30‑36‑6x‑7x). Independently or in coordination analyse technical issues and provide troubleshooting instructions to resolve customer queries. Identify and report safety‑related issues and replicate technical problems for further investigation. Initiate correction and improvement of technical publications when necessary. Proactively engage cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical problems. Implement the common set of practices for the Customer Care & Technical Group in day‑to‑day operations. Adhere to the published performance indicators (OTD). Ensure AOG permanence on an ad‑hoc basis during weekends. Additional duties may include on‑site support (customers/vendors) and participation in events (conferences, etc.). About You Field of study: Aeronautical Engineering / SupportExperience: 5–10 years Technical Skills Aircraft systems within the expected portfolio. Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (airlines, MRO, shop, lessors). Customer operations and maintenance activities. Familiarity with current aeronautical regulations (CS‑25, Part‑21, EASA, etc.). Soft Skills Customer communication techniques. Ability to assess and manage daily priorities. Analytical skills. Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus. Recruitment Process Initial contact by Pascal. Innovative digital assessment. Interview with Pascal followed by a conversation with the HR recruiter.
