Overview VP Engineering – Mission-Critical SaaS Platform - Paris + Montpellier & nearby sites Location: Paris HQ, France Travel: 2–3 days/week (Montpellier & nearby site South West of France) - Absolute MANDATORY We are hiring a VP Engineering to lead the transformation of a mission-critical SaaS platform, at the core of our clients’ daily operations. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a unique large-scale transformation program, merging multiple enterprise solutions into a single, unified and highly reliable SaaS platform that will become the backbone of a broader software portfolio. You will lead a multi-site engineering organization of 50+ people, combining technical vision, product mindset and strong people leadership. Beyond technology, we are looking for a leader able to engage, align and mobilize multidisciplinary teams in a complex and distributed environment. Responsibilities Define and drive the engineering vision and strategy aligned with business goals Lead the build of a scalable, secure and resilient SaaS platform Influence product and technology roadmap decisions Structure, develop and retain a large, distributed engineering team Embed best practices in delivery, reliability, security and quality Profile 10+ years leading software engineering teams Proven experience in SaaS transformation and platform consolidation Strong leadership and change management capabilities Experience with multi-site / international teams Strategic, hands-on, and people-driven mindset This executive-level role offers high strategic impact, the opportunity to work on a business-critical platform with real customer impact, and strong prospects for growth and evolution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
