Forvia is seeking a Customer Quality Manager in the Centre-Val de Loire region (Nogent-sur-Vernisson) to act as the primary link between customers and production, ensuring satisfaction and product quality across delivery and support processes.
You will drive PPAP documentation, respond to customer needs and complaints, and lead corrective actions and QRCI/8D activities. English proficiency and manufacturing experience are required for success.
