We are seeking a Business Manager to lead high-value technical projects from conception to execution. The company stands out for its innovation culture, solid technical know‑how, and international career opportunities, as part of a global group committed to energy transition and digital transformation.Your missionReporting to the Business Division, you will oversee the end-to-end management of complex technical projects — from the offer phase through to operational delivery. As the project leader, you will be accountable for technical, contractual, financial, and organizational performance, ensuring all objectives in quality, cost, and schedule are met.Key responsibilitiesManage projects from proposal to commissioning and delivery.Coordinate internal teams (engineering, production, purchasing, legal, R&D).Select, negotiate with, and monitor subcontractors and suppliers.Oversee budgets, reporting, and project progress meetings.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.Profile requiredEngineering degree (generalist, electronics, telecoms, IT, automation, or similar).5 to 10 years of proven experience in technical or industrial project management within complex environments (transport, energy, mobility, infrastructure, etc.).Strong skills in budget control, cross‑functional leadership, and client negotiation.Professional proficiency in English; occasional travel in France and abroad.Key advantages of the roleJoin an innovative and forward‑looking industrial player.Contribute to high‑impact technological projects with international reach.Thrive in an environment that encourages autonomy, initiative, and career development.ContactPhilippe BILDÉAntal International Paris London[email protected]www.antal.com/recruitment/france-paris-bsc #J-18808-Ljbffr
