Creative minds and go-getters will fit right in Find your calling — at the SER Group London, Paris Key Responsibilities You manage all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation/planning, execution, testing, cutover/go-live, and handover to Support. You partner with the Customer PM to become a trusted resource and actively drive the implementation project to success. You manage between 3-8 projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. You identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, regional delivery managers, and PS leadership. You inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure all project goals are met. Your experience Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager, or 8+ years for a Senior role, ideally in professional services for a software vendor/partner. Direct experience managing all phases of the software implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients. Experience managing multiple projects with cross-team dependencies. Experience leading project teams of 2-7+ people. Experience dealing with senior client stakeholders. Experience managing SaaS and on-premise implementation projects of 50-250+ days. Successfully managed both T&M and Fixed-Price enterprise software implementation projects. Preferred international customer experience (DACH region). Preferred working knowledge of ECM and/or IP solutions. Skills & Certifications You are passionate about technology and delivering value to customers You understand and apply different software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) You have advanced knowledge of MS Project (or similar) and MS Office applications You are fluent in English (and additionally for the role in France: Fluent in French) You hold a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or have equivalent work experience You possess PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification (required or to be achieved within 3 months) You have ITIL Foundation (preferred) Contact Stephanie KnieselSER Group Recruiting SER is one big family with flexibility and great benefits as well as a modern office with first-class equipment.
