OverviewJoin to apply for the French NSC (National Sales Companies) and dealer support role at Stellantis.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT process and tools manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various business and ICT stakeholders, ensuring the ICT support of National Sales Companies (NSC) and dealers of the French market.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage with various business and ICT and business stakeholdersUnderstand priorities of the market and ensure high reactivity supportUnderstand processes and tools of the market to identify strengths and weaknesses to trigger improvementsEnsure usability and efficiency of the solutions to improve the business efficiencyRelentless improvement cultureDrive crisis/escalation resolutionContinuous improvement mindsetProvide periodic status updates to Business Leadership teamPresent synthetic and business oriented decks to trigger leadership decisionsInteract with various regional teams to support / challenge Global projectsCoordinate change managementProactively manage risks and plan for uncertaintiesTake actions and quick decisions to protect the businessEvaluate local and corporate solutions and suppliers and defend the best approach to fit ICT Stellantis strategyAnimate ICT partnersInteract and share knowledge/practices with various NSC ICT community, French NSC board and brand leaders, and dealers (from operational to major market investors)ProfilRequired4/5 years post BAC diploma in information technology, computer science or related fieldsBasic knowledge in automotive commercial business10 years of application management experience or relevant software development experienceExcellent composed and verbal communication skillsAbility to give sense and mobilise various teams to reach service excellenceITIL and lean management skills recommendedExperienced in conducting successful workshops of more than 15 people2 to 3 years\' experience in ICT architecture designStrong leadership, decision-making and organizational skillsAttention to detail and multi-tasking skillsCustomer focused and experience in cross functional transversal projectsAbility to work with and manage virtual teamsFrench mother tongue / fluent in EnglishAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
