The team The Blockchain Integration & Ecosystem Development team is responsible for integrating new blockchain networks, coins, and tokens in Ledger Wallet and for connecting Ledger Wallet with the rest of the web3 ecosystem (dApps, web3 wallets, on‑chain payments providers, etc.). The team is looking for a highly motivated and talented Blockchain Product Manager to drive the Blockchain integration and support strategy and operations for Ledger Wallet Embedded Applications. Your mission Drive the blockchain integration and support strategy for Ledger Wallet Embedded Applications. Participate in product and technical assessments to integrate new blockchains, coins, and tokens in Ledger Wallet. Create detailed, technical, and actionable product specifications to integrate new blockchains, coins, and tokens in Ledger Wallet. Facilitate the integration of new blockchains, coins, and tokens made by internal and external parties. Provide vision and direction to the engineering team and internal stakeholders throughout the project management. Actively monitor blockchain evolutions to ensure high‑quality maintenance. Monitor our competitors and overall industry evolutions that will impact our blockchain integration roadmap. Attend and participate in blockchain and crypto‑related conferences. Work closely with the Operating System, Embedded Applications, and Security teams to ensure successful blockchain launches. What we’re looking for: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a scale‑up environment, in the hardware or software industry. A good understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is a must. Familiarity with web3 software wallets and smart contracts is a must. Degree in Computer Science (or Business with a strong technical interest) Extensive knowledge of Agile processes and principles. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to think outside the box and to propose new, innovative solutions to improve team efficiency. Extremely detailed‑oriented with a high focus on delivery quality. Very good communication skills and not afraid to ask questions. Curious: you should be able to find information by yourself. Experience with GitHub, Jira, Slack, Discord, and Google Suite.
