With several hundred units already in operation at major industrial sites, including Rio Tinto and SNCF, MOÏZ has demonstrated strong market validation and is now seeking a driven Business Developer to accelerate sales and expand its reach into new customers.Job Purpose: To develop business in Europe by pursuing a dual-channel strategy: selling directly to key industrial accounts and establishing a robust network of distributors & partnerships with industrial equipment manufacturers. The geographical scope will cover several European countries and will be defined in consultation with the successful candidate, depending on their profile and location.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Sales Development: Identify and prospect key industrial accounts, particularly in the heavy industry sector, as well as among electrical transportation & distribution and railway business players.Distribution Network and Partnerships Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors already selling equipment to those key industrial accounts; establish a scalable and strategic distribution network aligned with company goals; organise and participate in joint visits with distributors to train their sales teams and provide commercial support; develop partnerships with industrial equipment providers (industrial sensors above all).ProfileSignificant sales experience in the fields of sensors or equipment for the industrial sector, ideally dedicated to heavy industries.Proven experience in direct sales to key industrial accounts as well as in developing and managing a distributor network.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create a network from the ground up.Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.Fluency in English – German would be an important plus.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.What We OfferA disruptive, competition-free product offering that opens new market opportunities.A start-up-like work environment that values autonomy and creativity.Flexibility to work remotely, with 3 days per month at our HQ in Grenoble.Full support from the sales management team.A unique opportunity for a professional adventure in markets demanding sustainable, maintenance-free industrial sensing solutions.Do you recognize yourself in this role?
