Overview En tant que HR Officer à temps partagé tu interviens chez plusieurs clients SMASH en même temps (entre 3 et 5 généralement). Tu deviens ainsi le 1er rempart entre léquipe dirigeante et les collaborateurs en binôme avec un HR Manager ou Chief People Officer. Dans la plupart des cas tu es seul(e) chez le client intégré(e) comme si tu étais son HR Officer à temps plein. Tu dois donc parfaitement comprendre son activité et sa culture dentreprise. Ton rôle est de conseiller et dapporter un support opérationnel aux équipes sur toutes les problématiques RH. Responsibilities Administration du personnel : responsabilité du suivi administratif des collaborateurs de lentrée à la sortie et pilotage des organismes externes Orchestration du process Paie : collecte et transmission de lensemble des éléments variables de paie contrôle et diffusion des bulletins Ops & Légal : accompagnement dans la gestion administrative des problématiques réglementaires et sociales et des dossiers disciplinaires Pilotage des outils et process RH : on/offboarding SIRH HR Analytics charte télétravail gestion des temps de travail etc. Talent acquisition : marque employeur communication et recrutement opérationnel Tu pourras également être sollicité(e) sur des missions transverses qui te permettront dappréhender le métier de HR Manager et de ty former. Quand tu nes pas chez tes clients tu côtoies le reste de léquipe pour partager tes problématiques et trouver des solutions à plusieurs et surtout pour continuer à te former sur les sujets qui tintéresseront le plus.
