Channel Partner Manager EMEA The position is responsible for managing Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region and is accountable for Channel Partner performance. This role reports to the VP Sales EMEA&APAC, is part of the EMEA sales team, and will be a fully remote role. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Manage Channel Partners and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in the EMEA region. Proactively seek and find new CPs in the territories not served by IDT, sign up new CPs by issuing contractual re‑seller agreements, support product and sales training, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity‑based KPIs, set up sales targets and take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding set targets, track team and associate‑level KPIs to drive the team to achieve targets in the region. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP‑assigned territories. Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face‑to‑face meetings and applying DBS tools. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences preferred or a combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA. Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams. High level of life sciences business acumen. Proficient in English. Exposure to public tenders, framework processes, procurement business is a plus. Experience with CRM (SFDC). Travel Requirements Location: EMEA. 50% travel, primarily within EMEA. When not traveling, the Channel Partner Manager is expected to work out of a home office.
