Ops Local Fleet Distribution Agent

Join Our Team as a Fleet Distribution Agent I – Optimize Fleet Operations and Drive Efficiency Are you passionate about logistics, coordination, and operational excellence? We are looking for a talented Fleet Distribution Agent I to join our Operations Support team within the broader Operations function. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are allocated and moved efficiently across locations, supporting smooth fleet operations and maximizing fleet availability.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the allocation and movement of vehicles across various locations to ensure optimal fleet availability.
* Provide administrative and operational support by managing fleet data, schedules, and logistics documentation.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain effective communication and coordination for fleet distribution activities.
* Monitor vehicle status, availability, and requirements to proactively address potential shortages or surpluses.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and tracking of fleet utilization under the guidance of senior team members.
* Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards in all fleet operations.
* Work under supervision while gradually taking on more autonomous responsibilities as experience grows. What We’re Looking For:* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and other departments.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and logistics challenges.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Comfortable working with data and using basic office software for scheduling and reporting. Ideal Experience* Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role is preferred.
* Familiarity with fleet management or vehicle logistics is an advantage.
* Experience handling schedules, data entry, or coordination tasks in a business setting.
* Exposure to working within a team environment with some autonomy. Skills & Competencies* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
* Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision, with a willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
