Join us to drive innovation, sustainability, and lasting impact—Together beyond lubrication.Benefits include a company car, performance-related bonus, health insurance, meal allowance, and a focus on diversity and inclusion.France - RemoteYou support our team asResponsibilitiesBased in a home office, ideally along the Reims–Nancy axis, reporting to the National Sales Manager, and working closely with market managers and application engineers in France and within the Group.Develop your region (departments 02, 03, 10, 21, 25, 51, 52, 55, 54, 57, 67, 68, 70, 88, and 90) by building loyalty among existing machine manufacturer (OEM) and end-user clients, supporting distributor partners, and expanding the portfolio by acquiring new accounts.Apply a technical and commercial approach based on expertise (via internal training), advisory service, and the proposal of innovative, high value-added solutions, with a focus on product and service quality. You are committed to growing your geographical area.QualificationsIdeally holding a dual technical and commercial background, with over 5 years of experience in selling mechanical products and solutions (bearings, gearboxes, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical products (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) with a manufacturer or a specialized distributor.Solution-oriented with a focus on building long-term, high-quality relationships, combining a results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit. Working knowledge of English within the Group; German is an asset.
