To reinforce our presence in the French market, we are looking for a Country Lead that will be pivotal in developing our presence in the country. As Country Lead for Prove in France, you will make sure local operations run smoothly and translate Prove’s global strategy into impactful actions. You see opportunities and have the drive to make Prove an established player in France. Responsibilities You are the face of Proove in France, aligning local execution with our global vision. You drive strategic initiatives, build long-term partnerships, and represent the values of One Proove. You will use your excellent convincing skills and knowledge of the construction and engineering industry to cold call potential clients and present them with the benefits of our academy, software and service solutions. You act as an entrepreneur: taking ownership of business development, team culture, and the financial performance of Prove France. You take responsibility over administrative tasks related to business operations, including contracts, accounting, HR activities, or other regional tasks. You help build a strong local team through recruitment, support your team’s personal growth, and help shape a local culture that reflects the Groove. The ideal candidate You are an entrepreneurial industrial / civil / business engineer with experience in a commercial and management role in the construction & engineering industry. You are fluent in French and in English. You have knowledge of Oracle Construction and Engineering products, or you are willing to learn them. You are administratively structured, proactive and demonstrate a can‑do attitude. You have strong negotiation and presentation skills, and you can adapt to different audiences and situations. You are a self‑aware, empowering leader who values team growth and collaboration. You naturally coach others and act as a role model for Proove’s culture. You are a perfect match with our collective and humane company DNA.
