The **Country Head** is responsible for representing Wheely in the country and for expanding our presence. Initially Country Heads will have one city to lead, whilst as the market matures, more cities will be open within their country.
Whilst HQs is responsible for defining Wheely's mission, branding and product, the Country Head is responsible for taking that vision and leading on the ground. This role requires strong Business Development and Partnerships background, including generating new sales leads, negotiating partnerships, and forecasting the revenue. The goal is to succeed in the most important business development manager responsibilities — helping Wheely maximise its presence and GBV in country.

Wheely is a Swiss-founded British luxury services company. We lean into both cultural identities: Swiss privacy and British prestige hospitality. Our product is a combination of a highly trained chauffeur, finest in-car experience and instant availability via the app.
Today we're focused on the transportation sector, offering on-demand chauffeur service with concierge-style support. Imagine if Uber Black were 10x better at offering what wealthy people really care about, for about a 25% price premium.
We want the global affluent to see Wheely as a preferred replacement to personal drivers/car ownership. For this, we need to reliably out-compete on three elements of car ownership that (mass-market) ride-hailing has been unable to substitute.
- **Status**: the social prestige conferred by owning an asset or having a chauffeur on payroll.
- **Privacy**: trusting us to safeguard their movements.
- **Superlative Experience**: giving a unique experience with guaranteed availability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand business customers' needs and objectives. Utilise that understanding to drive our sales & marketing results and influence our sales product roadmap.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition; reflecting Wheely's premium service, our brand and our alignment with the expectations of our customers.
- Develop sales plans and best practices for the French business.
- Close large and mid-size sales accounts by generating qualified leads, piloting client meetings, winning accounts and maximising their revenue to drive long-term growth.
- Deliver on ambitious quarterly sales targets and track monthly KPI's in France.
**Requirements**:
- Experience building and executing sales and customer success plans, preferably in a small to medium-sized business sales environment; showing ownership and delivering results from start to finish.
- Commercial experience and contract negotiation into a HNWI / C-level customer base.
- Background in premium, luxury or exceptional experiential services.
- Ability to communicate fluently in French and English
- A track record of closing deals: meeting or exceeding ambitious targets.
- Proven ability to understand customers needs and communicate a service's distinct aspects.
- Personal drive to succeed in a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining high levels of rigor.
