Dans le cadre de notre transformation stratégique, nous recrutons un(e) Senior Enterprise Architect (H/F). En tant que Senior Enterprise Architect, vous porterez une vision claire : aligner les technologies, les processus et les données avec les objectifs métiers, pour construire une organisation agile, résiliente et tournée vers l’avenir. Vos responsabilités : Définir et piloter la stratégie d’architecture en cohérence avec les ambitions du Groupe et les besoins métiers. Concevoir et maintenir les cartographies d’architecture (fonctionnelle, applicative, technique, data) pour garantir une vision globale et évolutive du SI. Accompagner les projets stratégiques en assurant leur alignement avec les principes d’architecture, la sécurité, la scalabilité et la conformité réglementaire. Collaborer avec les directions métier et IT pour identifier les opportunités de rationalisation, modernisation et innovation. Déployer une approche basée sur les principes : Strategy aligned, Design First, Cloud Native & AI-Powered Systems, Secure & Compliant by design. Animer les ateliers et instances de gouvernance d’architecture. Assurer une veille technologique active et gérer le cycle de vie des solutions dans un Tech Radar. Intégrer les enjeux Cloud, IA, cybersécurité et durabilité dans les choix d’architecture. Votre profil : Expérience confirmée en architecture d’entreprise dans des environnements complexes et en transformation. Maîtrise des frameworks (TOGAF, C4, UML…) et des outils de modélisation. Solides compétences en modélisation fonctionnelle et systémique. Bonne connaissance des architectures Cloud, microservices, API, data-centric et des enjeux de sécurité. Capacité à dialoguer avec les Comités de Direction et vulgariser les concepts techniques. Leadership reconnu, sens de la pédagogie et orientation résultats. Expérience en environnement agile. Intérêt marque pour les architectures émergentes en IA Engineering (agents autonomes, MCP, RAG…).
