Investor Relations Senior Associate/Manager, Top European Private Equity Firm, Paris, France About our client We are working with a leading European Private Equity firm with a fantastic track record. The firm specialises in real assets – infrastructure, critical metals, real estate – and technology investments. Our client has ambitious growth plans and seeks to hire a commercial and analytical IR professional into their growing Paris-based IR team. This role will encompass all tasks related to managing ongoing fundraising efforts and servicing their existing institutional investor base. All four of the firm's strategies are currently in market, making this an exciting time to join. What the job involves Investor servicing: respond to investors queries ensuring transparency and timely communication regarding performance, strategy and ESG updates. Marketing: production of first-class marketing materials (fund and market updates etc), marketing documentation for fundraises (PPMs, DDQs, case studies, etc). Fundraising support: assist with the planning and execution of fundraising efforts, lead production of responses to DD queries, on‑site DD sessions, data room updates and access etc. Investor communication: support the production of quarterly, semi‑annual and annual reporting to investors including financial updates, portfolio metrics and market updates. Support the production of AGMs, LPAC meetings, roadshow materials and any other events. Market intelligence and competitive analysis: assist with canvassing of the market, research market trends, investor landscapes, country dynamics etc. Who we are looking for Educated to degree level with excellent oral and written communication in English (any other language is a plus). Experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agent, Fund of Funds or similar environments within the alternatives industry and/or investment banking, ECM/DCM backgrounds will be considered for this role. Communication and presentation skills – ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences. Client‑centric mindset and service‑oriented nature, with ability to develop strong working relationships across teams. Strong work ethic and attention to detail, a self‑starter who is able to take initiative and responsibility. Good understanding of private equity and strong technical expertise desired.
