In this context of strong growth, Javelot is constantly looking for polyglot professionals to join our CSM team.MissionsAs part of our Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for supporting our users through a number of tasks :Train all our new users on our different tools and platforms ;Respond to incoming issues with quick and relevant solutions;Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot's solutions and products;Provide follow-up and support to our users through several specialized and adapted communication tools;Actively participate in the structuring of the customer department (formalization, implementation of new tools);Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot solutions and products;Meet with users on an ad hoc basis to strengthen relationships and ties;ProfileWith a degree in business/marketing or engineering, you have at least three years' experience in customer management.You are fluent in Danish and German, another European language is a plus.You believe in teamwork, and the results you achieve are the source of your motivation.You have strong managerial and project management skills.You have a strong experience in a fast-growing company (SaaS is a plus).Proactive, responsive, and bold, you are able to adapt to a changing and rapidly evolving environment.Benefits, why join us?An impactful mission with crucial challenges: Join us to participate in the digitalization of the agricultural sector and make it simpler, more responsible, and more efficient for future generations.
