Your Impact
Role
Reporting to the
HR Director for France and Massey Ferguson Europe Middle East
, you will play a central role as a
Business Partner
in supporting teams and leading HR projects:
- Supporting managers in international teams: advising, coaching, skills development, performance evaluation, and compensation.
- Managing employees throughout their journey.
- Talent management: recruitment, onboarding, mobility, training, career management, and succession planning.
- Participating in strategic Group HR Projects: engagement, employer branding, diversity, organizational evolution, process improvement, and HR performance KPIs, QWL (Quality of Work Life).
- Social relations: active participation in social dialogue.
- International collaboration: regular exchanges with group HR teams.
Your Experience And Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in generalist HR, ideally in an international industrial environment.
- Education: Higher education in HR.
- Languages: Fluent English is essential.
