Apply today and help us build a more inclusive, sustainable future in the world of satellite technology.What You’ll DoProvide Technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to internal teams to solve UT-related issues and improve existing UT implementations and designs.Support new UT development programs and guide UT vendors with best engineering practices in UT design and implementation.Support next-generation UT architectural design, new ICDs and requirement definitions where applicable.Support UT software release activities: review test results provided by UT vendors and validate bug fixes.Support the UT Type Approval process and ensure all product requirements are met.What You’ll NeedGood understanding of end-to-end wireless communication systems, especially satellite communications.Good understanding of User Terminal architecture design & development.Experience in Antenna & RF subsystem, Modem and Electronics; troubleshooting and fault analysis.Experience liaising with supply chain and 3rd-party vendors for UT designs.Creating verification/validation/test plans and leading IVV campaigns.Understanding of 3GPP, 5G, NTN architectures and definitions.Desirable: Beamforming networks (analog, digital, hybrid), 3GPP or Satcom Air Interface & Waveforms.Desirable: Embedded software development experience; scripting and data analysis capability.Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of complex challenges; experience with RF measurement and electronic instrumentation techniques.Electrical/Electronic educational background strongly preferred.Where You’ll WorkIssy-les-Moulineaux, France or London, UK.Who You AreAn enthusiastic engineer with experience in systems engineering and user terminal architecture and design, eager to work on the UT roadmap, with hands-on troubleshooting and a problem-solving mindset.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesTelecommunicationsThe Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
