Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference**• Design and deliver world-class educational programs for the next generation of fragrance leaders, both in-house and with top academic partners • Lead global recruitment and development of high-potential students and apprentice perfumers • Manage, inspire, and grow a diverse team across regions • Continuously enhance curriculum and program delivery to align with IFF’s strategic objectives • Strategically manage internal and external partnerships, protecting IFF’s values and intellectual property • Champion innovation in talent development and drive opportunities for program expansion • Collaborate with industry experts to shape the future of fragrance education • Represent IFF in global forums and academic partnerships**What Makes You the Right Fit**• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier University (Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Arts, or related field preferred) • 15+ years’ experience in business leadership, education, training, or the fragrance industry • Proven excellence in strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional collaboration • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Global mindset with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence at all levels • Fluency in English; French proficiency highly valued • Experience managing international teams and programs • Strong understanding of fragrance industry dynamics• Experience building or leading educational institutions or talent development programs • Deep network within the fragrance or olfactive science community • Proven track record of innovation in curriculum design or talent strategy• Lead a signature global talent program backed by industry leaders • Work alongside world-class innovators in a creative and collaborative environment • Shape the future of fragrance by empowering the next generation of creators • Be part of a company that values sustainability, innovation, and diversity • Enjoy a dynamic and international work environment • Make a lasting impact on the industry and its future talentSmo vodilni v svetu na področju okusa, vonja in prehrane, svojim strankam ponujamo širši nabor naravnih rešitev in pospešujemo našo strategijo rasti.
