Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Project Management Officer to join our Global Human & Consumer Insight (HCI) department, an international network with more than 70 professionals who aim at bringing innovation and consumer understanding for the scent market (fine fragrance, beauty care, home care and fabric care products). This role offers a unique opportunity to assist in all strategic and innovative projects, and to work closely with the Head of Global HCI and the project leaders.

You will have the opportunities to:

- Work in a beauty and FMCG B2B company, adopt a brand-new perspective, and complement your business knowledge.
- Be fully integrated and well trained by industry experts: collaborate with and learn from professionals of diverse background and high inclusivity (engineers, scientists, perfumers, scent design managers )
- Build your hard and soft skills and be prepared to contribute and take charge

Tasks:

- Oversee and manage all strategic and innovation projects within the Global HCI department.
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic and organizational objectives.
- Report directly to the Head of Global HCI to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Analyze project performance and provide constructive suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of project plans and timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
