At Shift Product Marketing is the team responsible for the go‑to‑market strategy of our AI‑powered products. Product marketing works across product sales and marketing to ensure that Shift’s go‑to‑market teams have the knowledge and tools required to build pipeline, convert leads into opportunities and win customers. We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to drive product awareness, understanding and demand in France and Europe. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling product storytelling and content – in collaboration with product marketing managers, field marketing, sales enablement and product management – and developing a deep‑understanding of the French insurance market to shape product positioning and messaging. What you’ll do Drive ongoing awareness, building growth and adoption of the products; including acquisition, cross‑sell and retention strategies Build relevant thought‑leadership content for buyer roles (e.g., white papers, brochures, social media, Web pages, online events) Support sales enablement with content such as presentations, battlecards and messaging guides Act as a critical enabler to sales campaigns, field marketing and other go‑to‑market functions Gather voice of customer to gain deep understanding of our customers and product feedback loops for both product and marketing teams Track relevant competitive positioning for feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure Shift’s unique value proposition What you bring 4 years of successful product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company Excellent communication skills including oral, written and non‑verbal; you know how to make complex technical ideas seem simple Strong storyteller with proven writing and presentation building skills – willing to sweat the details to get the messaging and positioning right Able to effectively partner with product management to understand product and technical features Highly agile, able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment with new and emerging products Strong collaborator with field marketing, sales enablement and creative teams to produce compelling content and campaign support Strong project management; able to organize, plan, prioritise and meet product marketing deadlines Knowledge of the insurance / financial services industry Knowledge of the AI / analytics space is preferred BA / BS / Equivalent Experience Advanced command of French both written and spoken, equivalent to a native speaker Business fluency in English – any additional languages a plus Interview process Talent Acquisition Hiring Manager Product Marketing stakeholder Regional Business stakeholders Benefits Flexible remote and hybrid working options Competitive salary and a variable component tied to personal and company performance Company equity Multiple learning and development opportunities including Focus Fridays – a half‑day each month to focus on learning and personal growth Generous PTO and paid holidays Mental health benefits 2 MAD Days per year (Make A Difference Days for paid volunteering) Additional benefits may be offered by country – ask your recruiter for more information.
