As an experienced operations consultant, your role is vital in helping us achieve this mission.Job Description: We are expanding across Western Europe and seek managers to help transform our clients and work within high-performing project teams on large, complex initiatives. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth through challenging projects that align with our purpose.Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of experienced consultants and experts to identify root causes of safety and productivity challenges, analyzing metrics and observations to develop solutions.Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions tailored to their needs.Lead delivery in areas such as safety culture, behavioral safety, PSM, or operational excellence.Develop work plans and mobilize your team to ensure effective delivery.Build team capabilities to enhance value delivery to clients.Manage project delivery and cultivate strong client relationships.Location & Travel: Based in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, or the UK, with up to 80% travel across Western Europe.Opportunities & Benefits: Join a company with a strong growth trajectory and global reach, offering career advancement, mentorship programs, technical development, competitive salary, benefits, and flexible policies. Ability to manage diverse, remote teams and complex projects is essential. Industry experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, power, chemicals, transport, or food & beverage is preferred.
