Impact As part of the digital transformation of the Beauty Division, we are hiring a SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Technical Expert to support our transformation program (FOCUS) related to the implementation of our next‑generation ERP based on SAP S/4 HANA platforms and satellite applications. The FOCUS program will aim at simplifying, rationalizing, and driving convergence across the different Maisons of the Division. Your Main Missions Initial phase: design, develop, and integrate functionalities on SAP BTP Public Cloud Integrate SAP S/4 Cloud to external systems including security management Automate workflows and processes Support developers to implement S/4 HANA standard capabilities Support data management and analytics Deployment phase: lead and manage a team of SAP BTP specialists, overseeing design, development, and integration activities. Ensure quality, timelines, and budget are respected for all SAP BTP deliverables Guarantee compliance with architecture standards, security policies, and IT best practices Contribute to the strategic roadmap for SAP BTP, identifying new opportunities to optimize business processes Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the FOCUS program and Beauty Tech teams Mentor and develop team members, supporting their technical expertise and career growth Profile 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams (SAP), including 3+ years focused on SAP BTP and related cloud technologies Deep knowledge of SAP BTP services and capabilities Strong technical skills in cloud architecture, integration, application development, data management, and AI Experience with Agile development methodologies and knowledge of enterprise architecture Strong leadership skills with the ability to federate cross‑functional teams and engage with business stakeholders Fluency in both English and French is required Position Details This position is available on a permanent basis in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine.
