They are responsible for the installation and/or maintenance and/or repair of NHa equipment and systems (hardware, software) at NHa or customer sites, in order to deliver within defined deadlines a final, functional, quality product meeting performance and customer satisfaction requirements.
- Install and/or test equipment/systems in accordance with specifications; adjust sub-systems according to procedural requirements while maintaining an appropriate and safe working environment in compliance with NHa’s HSE rules (including radiation protection rules).
- Train customer users and less experienced NHa staff on the proper use of equipment and systems.
- Report and document interventions and actions taken with the required level of detail and accuracy.
- Apply risk analysis methodologies, frameworks, and processes in line with NHa’s methodologies.
2 Associated responsibilities and scope of action
- Carry out equipment or sub-system maintenance in accordance with the scheduled maintenance plan.
- Repair equipment/systems by taking all necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Propose solutions to improve the reliability, stability, and operability of equipment and systems.
- Ensure that all NHa and legal safety and quality requirements within teams are implemented.
- Ensure that process changes are integrated into the risk analysis process, and that all internal and external requirements are integrated into NHa’s internal processes.
3 Internal / external working relationships
- Reports to the Production & Installation Manager.
- NHa internal departments directly involved in the project(s): Project Manager, Experts, Engineering, Production & Installation, HSE, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
4 Specific professional knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic).
- Good technical knowledge of cooling systems, vacuum, PLCs, sensors, low and high voltage equipment.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent research and data collection skills.
- Proactive and ability to work in a team.
