Head of On‑Site Support (m/f/d) North America Join Diehl Aviation as the Head of On‑Site Support (m/f/d) North America. Responsibilities You are responsible for the on‑site support in North America. You are in charge of observing revenue and budget targets. You manage the OSS staff and are responsible for planning, commitment and further development of the OSS suppliers. You are the focal point of contact to the customers. You contribute to the OSS strategy and development. Qualifications You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or have a comparable qualification. You have already gained several years of professional experience in process and project management. You are characterized by your leadership skills, your very good communication skills as well as your customer focus. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You have a high level of assertiveness and are stress‑resistant.
