Tamtam Fast‑growing startup founded December 2023 building an AI Agent‑powered sales intelligence platform. Our product blends market data with AI to streamline customer acquisition and enable high‑value selling. Team Customer Solutions & Operations comprises three pillars: Customer Success, Operations, and AI Solutions Engineering. Position: Founding Customer Success Manager Join our founding Customer Solutions team to shape the customer experience from onboarding to renewals. You will be the main point of contact for all clients and partner with leadership to drive satisfaction and growth. Responsibilities Onboarding & Time to Value: Lead discovery, design configurations, conduct engaging training sessions. Account health & outcomes: Own customer relationships, monitor metrics, run business reviews. Proactive expansion plans: Identify use cases, collaborate with sales on growth strategies. Product partnership: Provide insights to product team and influence roadmap. Adoption analytics: Track usage patterns, detect friction, recommend improvements. Support: Resolve issues, perform root‑cause analysis, drive product reliability. Renew / Upsell: Mitigate risk, secure renewals, surface upsell opportunities. Process & playbook creation: Build scalable documentation and optimize internal tooling. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or Engineering. 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management or Consulting in a B2B SaaS setting. Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving startup. Passionate about AI and data, comfortable with complex products. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Benefits & Contract Permanent CDI, start ASAP. Total package €45‑60k (variable compensation based on OKRs). 50% coverage of Pass Navigo or Sustainable Mobility Package, Swile lunch card, 1 day remote per week.
