We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager who can join our multicultural team in Paris, France.The core mission will be to establish working routines and system of work for execution and improvement at multiple sites of differing maturities and scopes of work ; to promote Lean Transformation at each BU / Site / Project and to influence Performance to Standard through other Leaders and Quality reports to achieve high quality Performance beyond TargetJob description• Key Missions and Responsibilities- Subsea and Site Management teams to comply with Internal and Customer requirements in execution of all Subsea Projects activities.- Establish and Manage aligned Quality Organizations, Headcount, Transfers, and salaries.- Driving quality culture within the organization with such programs as Pulse – Impact Quality.- Establish working Escalation Help Chain (Client and Internal) for Regional and Global Issues- Deliver compliant local Quality Organizations, and Management Review at ISO Reg.
