For more information about Citco, please visit www.citco.com Your role As SVP of Private Equity Fund Accounting, you'll lead strategic client relationships and drive operational excellence for our premier private equity clients. This role offers significant influence in shaping our service delivery model and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Drive client service excellence and relationship management for key accounts Develop and implement strategic service programs Lead complex problem resolution and risk management initiatives Oversee operational performance and service quality metrics Lead and develop a team of Senior Account Managers Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to policies and procedures Manage escalations and resolve complex operational challenges Conduct regular client meetings and service quality reviews Lead strategic client communications and reporting initiatives Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives Oversee risk assessment for funds under administration Lead regulatory compliance initiatives Manage operational risk reporting and controls Drive implementation of industry best practices Required Experience 7-10 years in Financial Services, with deep Private Equity Fund Accounting expertise Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent Proven track record in client relationship management Demonstrated leadership experience managing high‑performing teams Technical Expertise Expert knowledge of Private Equity accounting principles and structures Proficiency in PE software (Investran preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities Leadership Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen Excellence in written and verbal communication Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Project management and change leadership capabilities Benefits We provide a range of benefits, training and education support, and flexible working arrangements to help you achieve success in your career while balancing personal needs.
