Supported by a dedicated SDR team, you’ll guide qualified prospects through the sales journey - delivering compelling demos, building strong relationships across the local sports ecosystem, and converting interest into lasting partnerships. Acting as our ambassador on the ground in France, you’ll strengthen our brand through personal interactions and help bring our mission to“make sports happen” to life.Location: Lyon, FranceEmployment: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off)Your TasksDevelop and execute strategies to grow Eversports’ presence in FranceEngage and qualify prospects in collaboration with the SDR team, ensuring smooth handovers and a strong, well-informed pipelineDeliver tailored product demos that translate the value of Eversports into the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each potential partnerGuide prospects through the decision process, building trust through thoughtful follow-up, strong product knowledge, and a consultative sales approachRepresent Eversports at local events, fairs, studio visits, and industry gatherings to strengthen our visibility and establish meaningful relationships across the French sports ecosystemMaintain accurate CRM records and contribute insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to help refine our sales approachCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for prospects from first contact to handover, supporting long-term customer successProactively generate additional demo opportunities through outreach or networkingYour ProfileNative French speaker with strong English communication skills4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or a digital product environmentA track record of converting qualified opportunities into new businessA relationship builder at heart - empathetic, curious, and capable of earning trust with both small studios and larger, more established sports providersProactive, organised, and self-driven, with a habit of taking ownership, asking the right questions early, and keeping pipeline clean and structuredCollaborative mindset, comfortable partnering closely with SDRs and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospectsGenuine passion for sport, fitness, or wellness, paired with an interest in helping sports providers modernise and grow their businessesExperience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and a willingness to learn new tools quicklyWhat’s in it for you?Embrace the freedom of flexible, no core hours and take charge of your own scheduleEnjoy a full-time, 35-hour work week, with every second Friday offTravel to Vienna for company events, connect with the Eversports team, and experience our international culture in personStay active and healthy with a monthly sports budget to book your favorite activities at Eversports – it's time to have fun while staying fitInvest in yourself with a €500 training budget and 5 extra vacation days for further trainings and self-improvementExplore your areas of interest during our quarterly “Day to explore”Company MacBookLast but not least, be a part of the passionate, international, innovative and, of course, sporty teamAt Eversports we acknowledge and value the strength in diversity which is why we have 90 employees from over 25 different countries.
