The team’s mission is to: Provide clear, forward‑looking financial insights to Executive Management and operational leaders. Ensure robust, consistent financial steering across multiple entities and geographies. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and professionalisation of our controlling and planning processes. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will report directly to the Chief FP&A and work closely with Accounting, Cash, Group Finance, and business leaders. This is a highly visible role with exposure to C‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional projects. 🎯 Your Mission Your mission is to provide reliable, insightful, and actionable financial analysis across Wakam’s French perimeter and Group Finance scope. You will be a key contributor to monthly reporting, quarterly closings, budgets, and forecasts, with a particular focus on multi‑entity consolidation and overheads management. Multi‑Entity Consolidation Centralise, review, and consolidate financial data from various entities (P&L, operational KPIs). Ensure consistency of management practices and chart of accounts across entities, including intragroup rebilling alignment. Produce consolidated analyses (margins, profitability, costs by entity / business line, etc.) and propose optimisation levers in collaboration with the FP&A team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and financial reporting processes to enhance quality, speed, and reliability. Overheads Management Set up, monitor, and analyse overheads reports (by nature, by department, by cost centre). Build and challenge the budgets of operational and support functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy. Identify variances vs. budget / forecast, propose corrective action plans, and monitor their implementation with stakeholders. Actively contribute to cost optimisation, focusing on spend efficiency and tracking achieved savings. Continuous Improvement & Tools Participate in the optimisation of reporting, closing, and planning processes. Make the best possible use of our tools (Sage, Pigment, etc.) to automate reporting, improve data reliability, and streamline work. Propose and implement new performance indicators that are relevant to our business and strategy. 🧠 What You Bring You bring a strong financial and analytical toolkit, ideally in a multi‑entity or group context: 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, controlling, or similar roles, preferably at group or multi‑entity level. Solid experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proven ability to consolidate and interpret complex financial data, turning it into clear insights and recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and strong command of financial tools and systems. Experience with Sage and / or Pigment is a plus. Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
