What you’ll do Doctolib is looking for a dedicated and experienced People Data and Analytics, Senior manager to join our People Systems and Performance team. Reporting directly to the Head of People Systems and Performance, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our people analytics strategy. This role will play a crucial part in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize talent management and C&B strategies, drive employee engagement and support strategic People initiatives. You will play a key role in building the HR data strategy and governance, ensuring a consistent reporting and analytics approach across functions (tools, processes, security and access) with a strong focus on user experience and business impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS solutions, particularly Workday, and a proven track record of translating data into actionable recommendations to support organizational objectives. Directly reporting to the Head of People Systems and Performance, you will work closely with the other product owners to make sure we are delivering a consistent solution. Your role will be to advise on the reporting system capabilities, new features and improvements as well as supporting the roadmap delivery. Responsibilities Your responsibilities include but are not limited to : Delivery In coordination with product owners, design, build and implement custom Workday reports and dashboards to provide real time insights to People teams and managers fostering a data-driven culture within the team. Lead the configuration and maintenance of reporting with the objective to optimize and simplify our user experience (manager dashboard, HR dashboard, discovery board). Lead efforts to analyze and optimize report performance Collaborate with business stakeholders and People teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making processes. Work closely with the PSP team to provide report and dashboarding solutions leveraging Workday capabilities (worksheet, discovery board, etc). Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations Analyse and troubleshoot Workday issues related to reporting and provide timely resolutions. Capacity to work with our Workday partners for reporting delivery on project / Advisory and change management Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday reporting and share best practices and knowledge with other team members. Upskill the People team on reporting usage. Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal / external audit. Connect with the Workday network, stay up to date with Workday updates, enhancements, and new features, and evaluate their applicability to Doctolib. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance Workday functionality to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.
