Intitulé Technical Business Analyst - Python / FinTech (H / F) Localisation Boulogne-Billancourt, France (Proche Métro Ligne 10) Contrat CDI à temps plein Rémunération 45 000€ - 60 000€ fixe Expérience 2 à 7+ ans d'expérience, forte appétence Bancaire / FinTech Ce rôle, au sein de l'équipe Customer Service, est hybride et stratégique. Il s'agit de faire le pont entre la complexité technique de la plateforme Core Banking et les exigences de nos clients internationaux. Vous assurez la fiabilité du service et pilotez les plans d'amélioration. Missions Principales : Analyse, Résolution et Optimisation 1) Analyse Technique et Diagnostic Fonctionnel Interlocuteur Technique Principal : Vous êtes le point de contact technique clé pour nos clients B2B. Vous recueillez les informations, traduisez les besoins fonctionnels en exigences techniques (L3) et inversement. Résolution & Troubleshooting (L3) : Réaliser le troubleshooting avancé sur les incidents critiques. Utiliser les outils de Data & Logs Analysis (Kibana, SQL) pour diagnostiquer les causes racines des problèmes complexes sur la plateforme Core Banking (flux financiers, APIs). Documentation & Expertise : Documenter les solutions, enrichir la base de connaissances et rédiger les rapports d'incidents (approche ITIL). 2) Pilotage du Service et Gestion des Parties Prenantes Gouvernance Client : Assurer le suivi opérationnel, produire et animer les revues de service régulières (revue des requêtes, incidents, évolutions). Communication de Crise : Gérer la communication client en cas d'incidents majeurs, en assurant la clarté et le respect des engagements (SLA). Coordination Projets : Coordonner les réponses techniques entre les équipes (Produit, R&D, Opérations) pour garantir une résolution rapide et piloter les chantiers d'évolution technique demandés par les clients. 3) Ingénierie d'Optimisation (Automatisation) Scripting pour l'Efficacité : Utiliser vos compétences en Python / Scripting Bash pour proposer et développer des solutions d'automatisation et des outils de support internes. Amélioration Continue : Identifier les goulots d'étranglement ou les problèmes récurrents pour améliorer la documentation et les procédures (approche 'Dev' du support). Veille Outils : Contribuer à l'amélioration de la documentation, des procédures et des outils de surveillance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
