Responsibilities
- Catalog management at standard, advanced, and ultra levels (updated every 3 months)
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (client presentation)
- Basic experience with Ariba
- Forecasting for around 35+ thousand users with devices reaching end of life in the next ninety days, including pre planning and PO creation
- Handling existing device end of life
- Onboarding of new users (Asset Management)
- Managing a 2-3% buffer at each site
- Device refresh activities (EMEA + globally)
- Dell quotations, delivery, and inventory management in CMDB
- Laptop termination, return, and disposal
