With over 300 million downloads and processing more than 5 billion images annually, we serve both individual creators and major enterprises such as Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our B2C app and B2B API solutions. About the Role You’ll be the eleventh engineer on our ML team, working alongside great talent from various backgrounds. Full ownership of your ML work streams when applicable; collaborate with teammates on large topics and contribute to strategy. Master the entire pipeline from training models to deploying and monitoring performance. Work on new features, applications, and 0→1 solutions, iterating quickly on user feedback. Collaborate within a multicultural team of ~75 passionate, friendly, and committed people. Compensation & Perks Competitive salary + stock options/BSPCE. About You 3+ years of experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX; willing to use PyTorch. Extensive experience with diffusion models for image creation or editing; trained models from scratch or performed deep surgery. Pragmatic, speed‑of‑iteration oriented; leverages frameworks and libraries. Experience building products with complex architectures. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, product and technical decision‑making. Fast‑growing startup experience. Fluent in English (French not required). Hiring Process Screening call with Head of AI.
