OpportunityMaersk South West Europe is strengthening its Integrated Sales organization with a dynamic commercial professional who can drive growth across our Industrial and Project Logistics portfolio.This role focuses on developing France customers, identifying high-value opportunities, and delivering complex, end-to-end logistics solutions that support our customers’ most critical supply chain needs.Why Join MaerskGlobal industry leader with unmatched scale and integrated logistics capabilities.Opportunity to shape high-impact customer solutions in some of the world’s most complex supply chains.Career growth in a fast-evolving commercial organization committed to innovation and customer excellence.A purpose-driven culture focused on sustainability, safety, and long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic business development: Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities within Industrial, Energy, Construction sectors for Project Logistics targeting high-potential French accounts across energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and capital projects.Complex solution selling: Lead consultative sales engagements, translating customer challenges into integrated logistics solutions spanning ocean, air, warehousing, landside transportation, project cargo, and value-added services.Account ownership: Manage and grow a defined customer portfolio, ensuring long-term partnership development and year-over-year revenue expansion.Customer relationship management: Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, from operational teams to senior executives, ensuring Maersk is positioned as the partner of choice.Pipeline and performance management: Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed sales targets.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Solution Design, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure feasibility, competitiveness, and flawless execution of proposed solutions.Market and competitor intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to shape commercial strategies and value propositions.Contract negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable, sustainable agreements aligned with Maersk’s strategic direction.Qualifications & ExperienceProven sales track record in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or project cargo environments.Native/Fluent French speaker with strong English skillsExperience with complex, multi-product solutions, ideally within Industrial or Project Logistics sectors.Strong technical understanding of logistics operations, project cargo handling, risk management, HSSE, and supply chain design.Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-making in large organizations.Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze customer needs, financial drivers, and operational constraints.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively.Experience working in cross-functional, global environments with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., Salesforce).What We’re Looking ForA hunter mindset with the drive to open doors and win new business.A consultative problem-solver who thrives in complex, technical environments.A relationship-builder who earns trust through expertise, transparency, and follow-through.A strategic thinker who can connect customer needs with Maersk’s integrated logistics capabilities.A collaborative team player who works seamlessly across functions to deliver customer success.You have been reading so far, we are glad to see you are interested.
