**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will be in charge of marketing and organizational analyses and studies for the entire perimeter.
These market studies enable you to propose development opportunities in line with the objectives set by General Management.
You implement models and tools to refine and optimize market analyses.
To assess the reliability and profitability of line or service creations or upgrades, you draw up complete business plans.
On this basis, you draw up proposals and recommendations in line with market constraints (rates charged, volumes transported, competition, etc.).
Studies on the activity and profitability of existing services (number of calls, organization of rotation, purchase of new vessels, partnerships) as well as evaluation studies of vessels proposed for charter or purchase enable you to assess synergies and evaluate the impact on the business. You will also be responsible for business intelligence and drafting summary documents to help you decide on future service developments.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
You have master's degree (+5 years) from a business or engineering school.
You have at least seven years' professional experience in maritime transport or in the fields of import/export, purchasing or international logistics, gained in a strategy and organization consulting firm, or in an international industrial group. Your roles have led you to work internationally, or on global issues involving several countries and several markets.
You are fluently bilingual and have a good command of data management and analysis tools.
You have a strong commercial temperament, and a taste for challenge and teamwork. Your leadership, management, communication and coordination skills will be a major asset if you are to succeed and take up new challenges within our Group.
