If you are passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge environment, we want you to be part of our team.What You’ll Do:Actively contributing to new product development, in collaboration with the R&D team.Sourcing and managing the procurement of mechanical components and machine systems.Defining and implementing machine assembly procedures, in coordination with the workshop teams.Mechanical design of new innovative systems, particularly for all process‑related systems.Supervising machine assembly, ensuring technical and functional compliance.Driving continuous improvement of existing machines, by proposing and implementing practical and measurable improvements.What You Bring:Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in machine tools or relevant industrial machinery environments. Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or precision engineering is highly preferred.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical design methods, tools, and techniques. Experience in managing large assemblies will be considered.Problem‑Solving Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of strong analytical skills. You know how to solve problems effectively and implement corrective and preventive actions.Team Collaboration: You work well with cross‑functional teams, understanding the importance of communication and teamwork in ensuring the highest quality standards.Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or PTC Creo.Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
