Revenue Operations Manager - Hospitality (temporary contract) Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join the EMEA Revenue Operations team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on ownership of revenue operations initiatives in the EMEA region, driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives to support profitable growth. What You'll Be Doing Understanding key performance drivers and identifying optimisation opportunities to deliver sustainable growth, including revenue generation, churn reduction, and cost savings. Enabling regional customer‑facing teams through effective tooling, systems and processes to achieve regional goals and personal growth. Building or briefing relevant reporting and tooling requirements to support the region in meeting budget and objectives. Representing Revenue Operations in regional go‑to‑market projects. Working with Senior Manager, Global Revenue Operations, Finance and regional leadership to provide forecasting and capacity requirements against budget. Driving regular reporting cadences with regional leadership, interpreting data, insights and trends into actionable strategies. Providing feedback on customer collateral and revenue campaigns. Building and presenting business models to support strategic regional initiatives. Operationalising new functions into the current go‑to‑market organisation. Collaborating with the wider Revenue Operations team on global initiatives. What You'll Bring To The Team 3-5 years of revenue operations experience in GTM teams. Experience analysing sales funnels and go‑to‑market performance and developing initiatives to drive improvements. Creating process improvements that enable more efficient sales cycles. Identifying and implementing system improvements in tools such as Salesforce and Outreach, briefing internal teams as required. Managing multiple stakeholders from manager to VP level.
