ANINE BING is looking for a Wholesale Manager ME/ APAC to join our EU Wholesale team based in Paris .This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the Wholesale Manager ME / APAC brings both strategic insight and hands‑on execution to their work-supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand's DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.
Our wholesale business across APAC and the Middle East is operated through a mix of key accounts, agents, and franchise partners, and is being professionalized as it scales. The Wholesale Manager owns the day‑to‑day commercial management of a multi‑market portfolio end to end-from showroom sell‑in to sell‑through analysis and reorders-and contributes to the progressive transition of priority markets from agents to direct distribution.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance‑driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture. They're collaborative, resourceful, and energized by building something special‑together.
This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with a preference for in‑person work. The role reports to the EU Wholesale Director .
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the ANINE BING wholesale portfolio across assigned ME and APAC markets-key accounts, department stores, multi‑brand retailers, and online partners-and act as brand ambassador with partners in market
- Drive sell‑in during Paris showroom seasons: prepare, present, and negotiate collections, seasonal budgets, and payment terms with senior buyers
- Prospect and open new accounts in line with the brand's distribution strategy and premium contemporary positioning
- Steer the network of agents, distributors, and franchise / shop-in-shop partners: targets, seasonal action plans, opening support, brand standards, and performance reviews
- Own forecasting and seasonal budgets for the portfolio; track weekly sell‑in, deliveries, and payments with Customer Service and Finance
- Monitor sell‑through and stock levels, and implement in‑season action plans (swaps, reorders, exclusive capsules, activations); build reporting tools, distribution mapping, and market analyses
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, supply chain, and visual merchandising to secure deliveries, product training, and in‑store execution; manage showroom organization, sales tools, and the B2B platform (JOOR)
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in fashion wholesale, ideally within premium or advanced contemporary brands, including a proven track record as Area Manager or Wholesale Manager on international markets with genuine APAC exposure (Korea, Japan, Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia)
- Hands‑on experience managing agents, distributors, and franchise or master‑franchise partners
- Strong command of sell‑in / sell‑out analysis, OTB logic, forecasting, and in‑season performance management
- Proficiency with B2B and ERP tools (JOOR, NuOrder, Cegid Orli or equivalent) and advanced Excel
- Fluent English and French; Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a strong plus given the weight of APAC in scope
- Confident presenter and negotiator, with excellent written and verbal communication with senior buyers and international partners
- Autonomous and structured, able to build process where little exists, operate across time zones, and travel regularly (Paris showroom seasons, key APAC markets, selected ME partners)
