Account Manager – SriLankan Airlines

Dans le cadre de notre partenariat avec SriLankan Airlines, nous recherchons un(e) Account Manager expérimenté(e), motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats pour assurer le développement commercial de la compagnie sur le marché français. Rattaché(e) au Head of Sales – Aviation, vos missions principales incluent : Participer à définir et exécuter la stratégie commerciale de SriLankan Airlines en France. Gérer les relations avec les agences de voyage, les tour-opérateurs, les entreprises et les consolidateurs. Piloter les ventes B2B et B2C et optimiser les canaux de distribution (GDS, OTA, plate-forme de booking corporate, etc.). Mettre en place des actions de prospection pour développer le portefeuille clients. Analyser les données de marché, identifier les leviers de croissance et assurer un reporting régulier à la compagnie. Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et communication pour soutenir les campagnes de promotion. Participer à des salons professionnels, événements de l'industrie et FAM trips. Assurer un lien constant avec le siège de la compagnie à Colombo pour garantir l’alignement des objectifs. Profil recherché : Expérience significative en vente aérienne ou dans l’industrie du voyage (GSA, compagnie aérienne, agence de voyage). Connaissances des GDS et des circuits de distribution. Forte capacité de négociation et excellent relationnel. Autonomie, rigueur et esprit entrepreneurial. Excellente communication en français et en anglais (écrit et oral). Goût du terrain et mobilité pour des déplacements ponctuels en France ou à l'étranger. CDD de 6 mois, avec possibilité d’évolution en CDI #J-18808-Ljbffr
