It includes process activities like description and sizing for existing activities and technical improvement of existing products. It also includes the creation of equipement specification, clarification with the suppliers and follow-up of packages until delivery on site. The role needs autonomy and also execution following standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required with guidance.**About the Role:**We are seeking a forward‑thinking Process & Turbine Auxiliaries Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and delivering high‑performance auxiliary systems for turbine installations. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining deep technical expertise with hands‑on collaboration, supplier interaction, and end‑to‑end project ownership**Your Key Responsibilities:**• Develop and refine process calculations, flow charts, heat‑balance models, and material balances for turbine auxiliary systems. • Design and update flow diagrams, P&IDs, operational concepts (POCC), and system architecture for water–steam and cooling cycles. • Size equipment and components (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, etc.) and ensure seamless integration into overall system design. • Prepare detailed technical specifications for mechanical and process equipment. • Lead technical clarification with multiple suppliers, evaluate proposals, and ensure compliance with performance and quality expectations. • Follow equipment through its entire lifecycle: engineering validation, manufacturing oversight, factory acceptance steps, and delivery coordination. • Collaborate closely with auxiliary engineering teams and cross‑functional departments to resolve technical issues and support decision‑making. • Identify alternative engineering solutions and propose improvements beyond standard parameters. • Document systems, prepare technical reports, and support project planning and program execution.**Your Skills and Qualifications**• Solid foundation in process engineering, thermodynamics, or mechanical engineering, supported by relevant professional experience. • Ability to develop deep technical expertise in turbine auxiliary systems and related components. • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplines. • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex technical data and propose innovative solutions. • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while effectively engaging with team members and stakeholders. • Education level comparable to a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.**Desired Characteristics**• Prior experience in process engineering, thermal systems, or equipment follow‑up and supplier management. • Knowledge of water–steam cycles, cooling systems, and turbine plant auxiliary operations. • Strong communication skills in both French and English. • Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet project milestones in fast‑evolving environments. • Proven experience in technical documentation, planning, and project execution.This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced engineering, system performance, and real‑world equipment delivery. Ce poste s’adresse à un profil capable d’allier expertise technique approfondie, collaboration transversale et suivi opérationnel des équipements, depuis les phases de conception jusqu’à la livraison sur site.**Vos Responsabilités clés:**• Élaborer et affiner les calculs procédés, diagrammes de flux, bilans thermiques et bilans matière pour les systèmes auxiliaires turbines. • Concevoir et mettre à jour les schémas de procédé, P&ID, concepts opérationnels (POCC) et architectures de systèmes pour les cycles eau‑vapeur et de refroidissement. • Dimensionner les équipements et composants (pompes, compresseurs, échangeurs, etc.) et assurer leur bonne intégration dans la conception globale du système. • Rédiger les spécifications techniques des équipements et composants mécaniques et procédés. • Conduire les clarifications techniques avec les fournisseurs, analyser les offres et garantir la conformité aux exigences de performance et de qualité. • Assurer le suivi des équipements durant tout leur cycle de vie : validation technique, supervision de fabrication, essais et coordination de la livraison. • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes auxiliaires et les départements transverses pour résoudre les problématiques techniques et contribuer à la prise de décision. • Proposer des solutions alternatives ou des améliorations allant au‑delà des paramètres standards. • Assurer la documentation technique, la rédaction de rapports et le support à la planification et à l’exécution des projets.**Vos Compétences et qualifications requises**• Solide base en génie des procédés, thermodynamique ou génie mécanique, appuyée par une expérience professionnelle pertinente. • Capacité à développer une expertise technique approfondie sur les systèmes auxiliaires turbines et leurs composants. • Aisance dans le travail en équipe et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs. • Approche analytique et aptitude à traiter des données techniques complexes et à proposer des solutions innovantes. • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant pleinement intégré à l'équipe projet. • Niveau de formation équivalent à un diplôme d’ingénieur ou expérience professionnelle jugée comparable.**Profil souhaité**• Expérience dans les activités de procédés ou dans le suivi d’équipements industriels. • Connaissances du cycle eau‑vapeur et des systèmes de refroidissement. • Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais. • Aptitude à prioriser, organiser et respecter les jalons projets dans un environnement dynamique. • Capacité prouvée à documenter, planifier et exécuter des programmes techniques.Ce poste offre l’opportunité de travailler au cœur des systèmes industriels avancés, de contribuer à la performance énergétique et de participer à toutes les étapes de la vie d’un équipement technique majeur.
