About your new team

To support our strategic ambitions and respond to the evolving European regulatory landscape, Certis Belchim is establishing a new regulatory team focused on biocontrol products, and we are looking for a Regulatory Team Lead – Biocontrol to drive this initiative.

As Regulatory Team Lead – Biocontrol, you are a key member of the global Regulatory Affairs leadership team, reporting to the Head of Regulatory – Global Registration. Operating at the intersection of strategic direction and operational execution, you play a central role in shaping the future of our Biocontrol portfolio.

In this role, you lead a team of regulatory professionals and create an environment where people can perform at their best—setting clear priorities, enabling collaboration and ensuring the right capabilities are in place to deliver on ambitious business objectives.

You work in close partnership with colleagues across R&D, Supply Chain, Business Development and Marketing, ensuring strong alignment between regulatory strategy and commercial priorities. At the same time, you act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex regulatory developments into clear business implications and actionable strategic direction.

Externally, you act as a visible ambassador for Certis Belchim within the Biocontrol ecosystem. Actively engaging with regulatory authorities, industry associations (e.g. IBMA), Certis Biologicals, partners and CROs, you build strong networks and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the regulatory landscape.

About this job

• You actively contribute to the development of the company’s regulatory strategy and roadmap as a valued member of the Regulatory Management Team.
• In this role, you apply a strategic, solution-oriented and scientifically “fit-for-purpose” approach to further develop and strengthen our biocontrol products portfolio (both existing and new) with Regulatory Agencies across all commercially relevant markets in which we operate, while building and maintaining a strong reputation.
• Leading a team of up to 10 regulatory managers and specialists, you create an environment in which people can thrive by setting clear direction, offering the right support, and ensuring the right talent is in place.
• You guide and support the team in activities related to regulatory strategy and dossier preparation, while also overseeing study sourcing, results/data interpretation, and overall project management (including budget preparation and follow‑up), as well as relationships with Certis Biologicals and key IP suppliers.
• As part of your external engagement, you represent Certis Belchim in relevant industry associations and play an active and visible role in them (e.g. IBMA).
• Acting as a key regulatory contact for Certis Biologicals, you are also a member of the Joint Certis Biologicals & Certis Belchim Steering Team (Research, Product Development and Regulatory), where you contribute to defining regulatory strategies, allocating budgets, and managing new joint projects.

You ensure efficient and pragmatic collaboration with Certis Biologicals’ global regulatory team members, leveraging their expertise and knowledge
