Accounting Manager

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities You guarantee the legal compliance and reliability of the accounts through the production of financial statements, tax returns and compliance with regulatory deadlines. You supervise the accounting organization, ensuring the smooth running of internal procedures, archiving, data security, and the preparation of audits and legal files. You optimize the company's financial performance by improving processes, controlling costs, seeking financing and implementing effective control systems. You supervise, lead and develop your team, ensuring communication, skills management, training, planning and a good social climate. You contribute to cross-functional projects, share best practices, facilitate inter-departmental working and participate in the continuous improvement of the organization. Qualifications You are graduated with a Bac+5 in accounting, control, auditing (CCA), DCG or DSCG, supplemented by a minimum of 5 years' confirmed experience in a similar position. You have knowledge in French tax, banking regulations (SEPA) and business software (Faster, Etafi, SAP R/3). You are bilingual in English, German would be an asset. You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, critical and synthesizing mind, resistance to stress, versatility and excellent interpersonal skills.
