Accounting Manager

• You guarantee the legal compliance and reliability of the accounts through the production of financial statements, tax returns and compliance with regulatory deadlines.
• You supervise the accounting organization, ensuring the smooth running of internal procedures, archiving, data security, and the preparation of audits and legal files.
• You optimize the company's financial performance by improving processes, controlling costs, seeking financing and implementing effective control systems.
• You supervise, lead and develop your team, ensuring communication, skills management, training, planning and a good social climate.
• You contribute to cross-functional projects, share best practices, facilitate inter-departmental working and participate in the continuous improvement of the organization.

• You are graduated with a Bac+5 in accounting, control, auditing (CCA), DCG or DSCG, supplemented by a minimum of 5 years' confirmed experience in a similar position.
• You have knowledge in French tax, banking regulations (SEPA) and business software (Faster, Etafi, SAP R/3).
• You are bilingual in English, German would be an asset.
• You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, critical and synthesizing mind, resistance to stress, versatility and excellent interpersonal skills.
