We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by becoming a Unicorn, backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we’re just getting started We are looking for our next Accounting Apprentice and who will be working within the Finance team (~30 team members including sub-teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Legal) and who will report to one of our accounting managers. You will work in very close collaboration with our Accounting Managers and the of the Finance team. You’ll have the opportunity to understand how a scale‑up works by working on different strategic projects and with multiple stakeholders. You will support the Finance department in the operational and strategic management of accounting and tax (in an international context), contribute to the compliance of internal control processes, and support the management of cross‑functional accounting projects. Your impact at Brevo: Accounting Payable Accounting and Support: Support daily operations: Assist local accountants with day-to-day management of accounting tasks. Manage the AP lifecycle: Oversee the full Accounts Payable process for our French entities, including processing invoices, preparing payments, and performing VAT controls. Monthly closing: Actively participate in the monthly closing process, specifically regarding AP and fixed assets. Continuous improvement: Participate in defining and optimizing processes within the Finance/Accounting department. Process documentation: Assist in drafting accounting procedures and improving financial documentation. Internal Control & Procedures: Drive harmonization: Contribute to aligning accounting practices between entities regarding standards, processes, and tools. Maintain standards: Document and update local and Group internal control procedures. Who you are: You’re pursuing a M1 or a M2 degree in Finance / Accounting You have organizational skills and rigor You have analytical and synthesis skills You are comfortable with the Microsoft suite/package You are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative & international environment The knowledge of NetSuite or Pivot softwares are a plus and eagerness to discover / test new tools Fluent in French and English Why people love working at Brevo: A place to grow, together : Join an international team in a bright, collaborative office located in a vibrant neighbourhood.
