THE POSITION
Our management center is seeking its future Client Services Officer in Disability Insurance on a permanent contract. Working closely with the department manager, you will join an ambitious and cohesive team of 15 administrators based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92). In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative management of our policyholders’ provident insurance contracts. If you choose to join us, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing claims (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death) from initiation through to settlement.
- Building claim files (analyzing supporting documents and insurance coverage) and following up on any missing information.
- Monitoring payments.
- Handling incoming phone calls to advise our clients (mainly HR contacts) in the follow‑up and management of cases.
- Managing the contract lifecycle: registration/cancellation, premium collection.
YOUR PROFILE
You have prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the field of provident insurance. You are known for your attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills. An affinity for working with numbers will be a real asset in this position. Your interpersonal skills and team spirit will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Office 365) and can quickly adapt to new technologies. You have a strong command of written and spoken French, with excellent grammar and syntax. Proficiency in English is a plus.
