Our Claims Management Department is looking for its future “Client Services Officer W/M” on a fixed-term contract (CDD).
The teams within the Claims Management Department support our beneficiaries and healthcare professionals by providing clear answers and anticipating our members’ needs to make their lives easier.

In close collaboration with the Service Manager, you will join a supportive and proactive management unit composed of 15 to 20 colleagues at our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our beneficiaries and managing contract administration.
If you decide to join us, your main responsibilities will be:

Support our beneficiaries and healthcare professionals:

  • Respond to their requests and guide them through their healthcare journey, mainly by phone and email.
  • Inform them about their policy coverage, reimbursements, and administrative management (subscriptions, amendments, cancellations, contributions, etc.).
  • Ensure high-quality service by providing clear and effective responses, contributing to their satisfaction and to the performance of our site.

Manage contract and claims administration:

  • Register and cancel contracts, and monitor contribution payments.
  • Process health claims: enter reimbursements, prepare cost estimates, and issue guarantees of coverage.
  • Update and modify beneficiaries’ records (contracts, addresses, bank details, etc.).

There is no prospecting or sales required in this position.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a 2-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) and you have at least one experience in a similar role, ideally within the field of provident insurance.

You are attentive and have a strong customer service mindset. You are methodical, organized, rigorous, and responsive in your daily work. You are naturally dynamic and bring enthusiasm to your tasks. You strive to meet set objectives: processing quality, volumes, and deadlines.

In short, you are someone reliable and trustworthy, who values working in a respectful and supportive environment.
